Our cancellation policy is in place so that we can institute policies that protect our guides and the sustainability of our business. We will not modify our cancellation policy under any circumstance so we highly recommend trip protection in order to protect your investment, especially in these uncertain times. Our policy is in effect for all outdoor educational clinics, Camp + Climb Weekends, Festivals, Climb + Coffee, and other events that we host.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 10% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given more than 120 days notice
  • 25% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given 90-120 days notice
  • 50% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given 61-89 days notice
  • 85% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given 30 – 60 days notice
  • If given less than 30 days notice we will not issue any refund

PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT

No one ever expects to get injured, sick, or have a family emergency the week prior to a trip, but it happens. Probably more often than you think.

We put months of work into each event and we budget for them to sell out. The staff we hire, transfers we book, camp sites/hotels we reserve, and how we market depends on how many people sign up. Last minute cancellations, regardless the circumstance, require additional work and the later the cancellation the less of a chance we have to fill the vacant spot.

We have decided to apply our cancellation policy consistently, otherwise our staff falls into the position of deciding who deserves a refund and who doesn’t.

To protect from unforeseen circumstances that may lead to a cancellation and a loss of investment we suggest that participants purchase trip protection

If we have to cancel the event due to covid restrictions or weather we will issue an 85% refund or 100% credit in the form of an e-gift certificate.
